Skills and technique are essential to inspire creativitiy, flair, excitement and entertainment. Acquiring new skills is what makes soccer fun, helps us improve and enables us to defeat our opponents.
T - Teamwork
Teamwork is how we achieve our goals. Together we can achieve anything we believe we are capable of, "United We Stand, and Divided We Fall!"
R - Respect
We always respect our teammates, our opponents, our coaches, the referee, and the game. Soccer should be played in the spirit of fair play and enjoyment. We always listen to our coaches and teammates, and encourage and help them in whatever way we can.
I - Inspiration
We always strive to inspire our team for excellence, to reach higher and battle harder both on and off the pitch. This passion serves to create the bonds we build amongst our teammates, coaches, parents, and opponents.
K - Knowledge
Knowledge of the game is the Strikers' most powerful asset. We embrace our coach's ideas and always try to think about different ways to improve tactically and technically.
E - Excellence
Our ultimate goal is to be the best soccer players and people that we can be. Excellence is a state of mind, not a division or ranking. Everyday we train, sweat, and strive in our pursuit of our individual quality and team excellence.
R - Results
The score at the end of the game is not what we look at to gauge our results. It is the sum of the quality of play, blood, and sweat that we leave on the field after every practice and game. These are the real results that will enable us to reach our highest potential.
